#12 Build With Intention | She Always Finds a Way ~ A Letter for Mother's Day ๐
Hello Reader, I've written about building, shipping, pivoting ~ all the things we talk about as founders and creators. But today I want to talk about where it all started. There's something my mum taught me, without ever saying it out loud. IntentionGrowing up, I watched her juggle more than I could understand at the time. Work. Family. Responsibilities that never paused. Problems that didn't come with instructions. And somehow, she always came through. Not perfectly. Not easily. But always. She never waited for conditions to be right. She just started. Figured it out as she went. Made it work with what she had. Recently, she started her own school. Against all odds. Against all the reasons it "shouldn't" work. And watching her do it, I realised: this is what she's always done. She finds a way, every time. InsightI think that's what mothers do. They don't have the luxury of waiting until they're ready. They figure it out, in real time, under pressure, with no manual. That quiet persistence. That refusal to quit. That deep belief that somehow, this will work. It's the foundation so many of us were built on. And if you're building anything today ~ a business, a career, a life ~ there's a good chance someone taught you how to figure it out long before you had words for it. For me, that someone was my mum. ActionToday, if you can, thank your mum or the woman who showed you that everything is figureoutable. A message. A call. A moment of recognition. And if you're a mother reading this ~ building, juggling, figuring it out every single day. We see you. What you're doing matters more than you know. โ Happy Mother's Day. Sahil |
