#11 Build With Intention | To the Women Building in Silence

Hi Reader,

Today is International Women's Day.

I thought about writing something big. Stats. Achievements. History.

But that didn't feel right.

Instead, I want to talk about the women who don't make the headlines.

Intention

One of my friends is walking away from a stable career to chase something that finally feels like hers. No safety net. No guarantees. Just a deep knowing that she has to try.

She's not alone.

I see women building startups while raising families. Leading teams while learning new skills. Making decisions in the quiet hours ~ early mornings, late nights ~ when no one's watching.

They're not waiting to be ready.

They're not waiting for permission.

They're figuring it out, one day at a time.

And there's something beautiful about that.

Insight

Here's what I've noticed about the women who build in silence:

They don't need the room to believe in them first.

They believe in themselves ~ and let the work speak over time.

That's not just strength. That's the intention.

And intention, quietly applied, changes everything.

Action

You don't need permission. You don't need applause.

But you deserve to hear it anyway:

Keep going. What you're building matters.
